Click here for the CLGA home page Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives - lesbian and gay history from Canada and around the world

Since 1973, the Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives has been preserving lesbian and gay history from Canada and the world. We gather material on people, organizations, issues and events and help make this information available to the public for education and research. Archival holdings include records, vertical files, photos, posters, audio, film, video, artwork and other artifacts. Library collections include books, monographs, lesbian & gay periodicals and general periodicals.

Although only a small proportion of the Archive's holdings is available online, there are more than 500 pages of information on this site - and that number continues to grow!
