Theatro Cafe

126 Sherbrook St.
Beautifully decorated, two-story cafe with a fabulous second floor balcony with a bird's eye view of Sherbrook Street goings on. This cafe also features savory sandwiches, sublime salads (we prefer the garden), succulent quesadillas, and enervating lattes. Unlicensed, wheelchair access, and you can eat for under $10.

East India Company Pub and Eatery
(204)947-3097
349 York St.
Bring your appetite to this succulent buffet replete with Indian specialties. Salads, curries, savory meats and on occasion seafood are only a few of the pleasures to be had. The Navratan and the Butter-chicken are positively addictive. Not cheap at $16.95, Nan bread is extra, good but unnecessary. Reservations recommended.
